Scholarships are intended to support students throughout their Gordonstoun journey. As long as scholars remain in good academic and behavioural standing, awards typically last for:
A bursary is a form of financial assistance that helps cover school fees. Funded by the school and its generous supporters. Bursaries are means-tested and do not need to be repaid.
Bursaries are designed to ensure that financial circumstances are never a barrier to attending Gordonstoun. We especially prioritise applications from students who have earned scholarships.
How Much Financial Support Can I Receive? |
---|
While bursary awards can cover up to 100% of school fees, most grants fall between 10% and 25%. The most substantial awards are generally made to Sixth Form students (Years 12 and 13) so that we can extend support to as many families as possible. |
Who is Eligible for a Bursary? |
---|
Our bursary funds are primarily allocated to scholarship recipients. Applying for a scholarship is the most effective route to being considered for additional financial support. Gordonstoun has a proud history of service. Families with connections to the Armed Forces or Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) are automatically eligible for a 15% remission on net fees. |
